‘You’re Black, So You Have Rights?’: Crazed North Carolina Mother Goes Berserk on Neighbor After Her Dog Wanders In Woman’s Garage

A woman in North Carolina has brought attention to a heated confrontation with her neighbor, which revolved around a disagreement concerning a dog that had entered her property.

According to a post shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) on August 5th, Bre documented the incident in an 18-second video. The video, captured by her Vivint doorbell camera, showcased Bre requesting her neighbor to leash her dog after it had entered her yard and garage.

Although the neighbor initially apologized, Bre pointed out that this was not an isolated occurrence, having happened approximately four to five times before.

During the interaction, the neighbor’s tone escalated, and she remarked, “Girl, you better get the f**k away… What are you Black? You’re Black so you have rights?”

The neighbor continued walking away after making these offensive comments. Family members accompanying the neighbor attempted to defuse the situation by urging Bre to stop recording.

However, Bre insisted on letting the neighbor speak her mind, vowing to expose her racism. The neighbor continued her offensive remarks, suggesting that Bre’s actions were based on her race.

The interaction further deteriorated, with the neighbor shooing her family inside and Bre criticizing her behavior in front of her children.

The conversation took another turn when the neighbor accused Bre of trying to create some kind of record and questioned if she was being recorded. Once the neighbor realized she was indeed being filmed, she made a final derogatory statement before the video ended.

In the video’s caption, Bre revealed that she had pressed charges against her neighbor, alleging that the neighbor had also physically assaulted her. The video gained significant attention on social media, amassing nearly half a million views and sparking a range of reactions.

One user responded to the video, expressing concern over the neighbor’s behavior and its impact on her own family. In a similar vein, another incident was recounted by a Black therapist on TikTok, where a white woman harassed her and called the police while she was in a shared space within her office building.
