As per police reports, the former assistant manager is facing accusations of coercing two women whom he had apprehended for shoplifting into engaging in inappropriate acts with him.
Allegedly, the 38-year-old manager named Robert apprehended the two women, aged 44 and 32, for shoplifting and then escorted them to a secluded back office.
Once inside the locked room, it is claimed that he compelled the women to perform inappropriate acts of a se*xual nature on him. He informed them that he had contacted the police, asserting that law enforcement would arrive imminently.
However, authorities assert that Robert never actually placed the call to the police.
The women conveyed that they complied with his demands out of fear for their safety. Following the alleged incidents, Robert permitted the women to leave with the items they had been caught stealing.
Subsequently, Robert was arrested and charged with two counts related to se*xual misconduct.
