Guillermina Garcia, originally from Mexico but now residing in Utah with her husband, Fernando, had already embraced parenthood with their one-year-old daughter, Juliet. However, they were eager to expand their family and decided to seek medical assistance in their quest to conceive.
With the guidance of her doctor, Guillermina embarked on a course of fertility hormone treatments. These medications, while offering hope, also carried potential side effects, including the risk of multiple births, such as twins or triplets.
