Kaley Cuoco, renowned for her role in “The Big Bang Theory” and the star of “The Flight Attendant,” took to Instagram on Tuesday to showcase her much-needed self-care routine. Sharing a photo on her Instagram Story, the 37-year-old actress depicted herself on the couch, receiving cupping treatments.
The image revealed three cups attached to wires on the inner part of her leg, while her gray-striped shirt was rolled up, displaying wires attached to various areas of her belly.
In her caption, Cuoco wrote, “Needed all the treatments today,” highlighting the significance of her self-care practices. The new mom also shared heartwarming snapshots of her 8-week-old daughter, Matilda.
One photo captured a tender moment as Cuoco reached out to her daughter, who responded with an adorable smile, donning a yellow onesie adorned with a farm motif. Cuoco expressed her gratitude, stating, “This angel girl’s smile when you need it most.”
Cuoco humorously shared another photo of Matilda lying down in a gray onesie that humorously read “#NoNaps.” In the accompanying text, Cuoco playfully joked about the possibility of it being the title of her daughter’s future autobiography, reported Daily Mail.
Cupping therapy is not unfamiliar to Cuoco, who previously utilized it for body pain relief. In 2019, she documented her cupping and scraping therapy session with bodywork expert Flory after an intense workout. The actress showcased the use of a jade gua sha, a Chinese tool used to scrape the skin and promote muscle tissue release and circulation.

Cuoco emphasized the importance of self-care, acknowledging that she had neglected her body in the past, leading to physical limitations. Reflecting on her injuries and surgeries, including shoulder surgery shortly after her wedding and a severe horseback riding accident, Cuoco recognized the necessity of taking care of oneself to effectively manage responsibilities.
Despite facing challenging setbacks, Cuoco has demonstrated resilience and a commitment to self-care. Her recent posts reflect her journey toward healing and the joy of motherhood.
